Your kids will follow your footsteps. It is said: "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree." Unfortunately, this is true for poor habits as well as good! If you're a couch potato, then…If you're an active and healthy, then… imagine what your child will probably be?
We come to your practice field, when your child practices, and as long as we have a minimum of 6 participants- we train!
We do a cross-fit type program, covering anaerobic and aerobic activity; core building; strength building; endurance; and agility. And we do it at your pace! The only competition is within you.
